FizzCraft started as a personal obsession with kombucha. After years of buying expensive bottles at the health food store, we decided to try making our own. The results were better than anything we'd bought — and a fraction of the cost.
We wanted to share what we'd learned, but couldn't find a single resource that was honest, beginner-friendly, and didn't try to sell us the most expensive gear possible. So we built FizzCraft.
